Ingredients
- 4ย ouncesย spaghetti, other strand of pasta
- 2ย tablespoonsย butter
- 2ย largeย eggs
- 2ย teaspoonsย garlic powder
- 2ย teaspoonsย ground black pepper
- 1ย tablespoonย minced onion
- 1ย tablespoonย dried rosemary (Optional)
- grated parmesan cheese, to taste (Optional)
Directions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- Place hot pasta in a deep plate or pasta bowl; top with fried eggs and stir together to allow eggs to continue cooking and broken yolks to create a sauce. Serve immediately, with grated Parmesan if you like.
